Everything was perfect, personnel was helpful. We had central heating, a work desk, and TV with satellite channels in the double room👍

really good overall experience. the staff was amicable and super-friendly and the restaurant served outstanding meals. a nice enough area, good location just next door to a shop, the city center as well as lake millstätt, and the attached mexican restaurant.

This hotel offers a comfortable bed, and the room is nicely decorated and clean.

the a sauna was there to chill out. free wi-fi was working perfectly. there is a good food option within 900 ft - kaisers.

Hacienda Mexicana in Spittal an der Drau is a lovely and comfortable place for a stay. the staff is friendly and always cheerful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from bars, restaurants, the city center, and Lake Millstätt. the restaurant on site offers fantastic meals that enhance the overall experience.

This place would be great for a one-night stay and there is a nice cafe nearby called Cafe Konditorei Moser that you can easily walk to; overall, no complaints.

Location wise, it was situated in a great town with beautiful nature nearby. The room was nicely decorated and looked clean. There were vouchers provided for breakfast at a local coffee shop.

My experience during my Easter stay was not good. There was no staff upon arrival and had to wait for quite some time. The reception was located in the bar area which also seemed to be lacking staff and felt like an awkward setup. The breakfast provided with the vouchers was underwhelming and there was no bread available for quite some time. it did not seem like the hotel was adequately prepared for the number of guests during the holiday season.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great. The hotel's location was close to the city center, making it very easy to get around. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I also liked that they had parking and transportation available. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic - a lovely way to start the day!

Staying at this hotel made my city trip experience even better! The first thing I noticed is that the hotel offered a guest card for free, which gave me access to the most important tourist attractions of the region. the restaurant was a must-visit as it offered delicious food at an affordable price. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and surrounded by stunning nature.

Although I had a great time at this hotel, there were some negatives. Unfortunately, the reception area was quite small and located in the bar, which was a bit crowded at times.
